摘  要:试验旨在探究益生菌对彭泽鲫生长性能、生化指标以及养殖水质的影响。选取体重(10.81±0.47)g、健康的彭泽鲫300尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。对照组鱼饲喂基础饵料,4个试验组分别在基础饵料中添加0.5%枯草芽孢杆菌、0.5%地衣芽孢杆菌、0.5%低聚木糖和0.5%复合益生菌(枯草芽孢杆菌∶地衣芽孢杆菌∶低聚木糖=1∶1∶1)。预试期2周,正式试验期8周。结果显示:与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组、地衣芽孢杆菌组、低聚木糖组和复合益生菌组彭泽鲫的增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率显著提高(P<0.05),饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组、地衣芽孢杆菌组、低聚木糖组和复合益生菌组彭泽鲫肝脏超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05),酸性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。第15 d,各益生菌添加组水体中氨氮含量均显著低于照组(P<0.05);地衣芽孢杆菌组、低聚木糖组和复合益生菌组水体中总磷含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,益生菌添加组总氮含量均显著降低(P<0.05),养殖期间各益生菌添加组化学需氧量含量均明显降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在饵料中添加适宜的益生菌可以提高彭泽鲫的生长性能,增强消化酶活性和抗氧化能力,有利于养殖水体的水质调节。The experiment was to explore the effect of probiotics on growth performance, biochemical indexes and aquaculture water environment of Pengze crucian carp. A total of 300 healthy and active Pengze crucian carp with body weight of(10.81±0.47) g were randomly divided into five groups, with three replicates in each group and 20 fish in each replicate. The fish in control group were fed with basic diet. The four experimental groups were fed with basal diet with0.5% Bacillus subtilis, 0.5% Bacillus licheniformis, 0.5% xylo-oligosaccharides and 0.5% compound probiotics(Bacillus subtilis∶Bacillus licheniformis∶Xylo-oligosaccharides = 1∶1∶1), respectively. The pre-test lasted for 2 w and the formal test lasted for 8 w. The results showed that compared with control group, the weight gain rate, specific growth rate and protein efficiency rate of Pengze crucian carp in Bacillus subtilis group, Bacillus licheniformis group, xylooligosaccharide group and compound probiotics group were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed coefficient was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the activity of superoxide dismutase and lysozyme in liver of Pengze crucian carp in Bacillus subtilis group, Bacillus licheniformis group, xylooligosaccharide group and complex probiotics group were significantly increased(P<0.05), while the activity of acid phosphatase was significantly decreased(P<0.05). On the 15th day, the ammonia nitrogen content in water in probiotics supplementation groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The total phosphorus content in water of Bacillus licheniformis group, xylooligosaccharide group and compound probiotics group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, total nitrogen content in probiotics supplementation group was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The chemical oxygen demand content of probiotics supplementation groups was significantly decreased compared with control group during culture(P<0.05). The
