摘  要:运用文献资料、对比分析等方法,对美国高校运动员奥运夺冠特征和经验进行研究并提出对我国的启示。美国高校运动员奥运夺冠特征:规模庞大的人才队伍、全面均衡的项目布局、实力雄厚的竞技基础。经验:搭建多元开放的人才选拔渠道,构筑健全完善的组织治理体系,打造连贯畅通的体育赛事系统,实施多措并举的训练备战方略,建立优质均衡的资源保障机制。对我国的启示:拓宽高校竞技体育人才选拔渠道,推进高校体育组织治理能力现代化,构建精准衔接的高校体育竞赛体系,加快高校运动员业余训练改革步伐,提升高校竞技体育资源调配能力。By using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis, this paper studied the characteristics and experience of American college athletes winning gold medals in Olympic Games,and proposed the enlightenment to China. Characteristics of American college athletes winning Olympic gold medals: It has a large talent team, a comprehensive and balanced events layout and a strong competitive foundation. Experience: It has set up diverse and open channels for talent selection,built a sound organization and governance system, constructed a coherent and smooth sports event system, implemented a multi-measure training and preparation strategy, and established a highquality and balanced resource guarantee mechanism. Enlightenment to China: We should broaden the channels of competitive sports talent selection in colleges and universities, promote the modernization of governance ability of sports organizations in colleges and universities, build a precise and coherent system of college sports competition, accelerate the pace of reform in amateur training of college athletes, and enhance the ability of resources allocation in college competitive sports.
