摘　　要：目的:分析兰州市妇女乳腺癌筛查结果,为优化“两癌”项目筛查方案、提高项目管理质量提供科学依据。方法:收集2018—2020年兰州市乳腺癌筛查项目资料,对乳腺癌筛查结果进行描述性分析。结果:2018—2020年兰州市接受免费乳腺癌筛查的妇女共163194人,其中,乳腺癌初筛阳性2345例,初筛阳性率为1.44%;检出乳腺良性病变2938例,检出率为1.80%。检出乳腺癌、癌前病变及其他恶性肿瘤65例,检出率为39.83/10万,其中,检出乳腺癌57例,占87.70%;癌前病变5例,占7.69%;其他恶性肿瘤3例,占4.62%。乳腺癌组织病理学分型以乳腺浸润癌为主,共检出55例,占84.62%。乳腺癌及癌前病变患者中,50~59岁组人数最多,共33例,占53.23%。结论:近年来兰州市妇女乳腺癌筛查工作质量不断提高,提升筛查机构人员业务水平和妇女群体自身保健意识对乳腺癌的防治工作意义重大。OBJECTIVE The results of breast cancer screening for women in lanzhou were analyzed to provide a scientific basis for optimizing the screening program of the“two cancer”program and improving the quality of project management.METHODS Data of the Lanzhou breast cancer screening program from 2018 to 2020 was collected,and a descriptive analysis of the breast cancer screening results was conducted.RESULTS From 2018 to 2020,163194 women received free breast cancer screening in Lanzhou,including 2345 had positive breast cancer with a positive rate of 1.44%.2938 benign breast lesions were detected,with a detection rate of 1.80%.Sixty-five breast cancer,premalignant lesions and other malignant tumors were detected,with a detection rate of 39.83/10 million,including 57 breast cancer cases,accounting for 87.70%,5 precancerous lesions,or 7.69%,and 3 other malignant tumors,or 4.62%.The histopathological classification of breast cancer was mainly breast invasive carcinoma,with a total of 55 cases,accounting for 84.62%.Among the patients with breast cancer and precancerous lesions,the group aged 50 to 59 years had the largest number,with 33 cases,accounting for 53.23%.CONCLUSION In recent years,the quality of breast cancer screening for women in Lanzhou has been continuously improved,and it is of great significance to improve the professional level of the staff of screening institutions and the women’s own health care awareness of breast cancer.
