摘  要:针对国内糖肽制品原料多来源于灵芝、云芝、纳豆菌、人参等,导致产品成本较高,本研究以成本相对低廉的猪十二指肠为原料,采用均匀设计法对糖肽提取温度、时间和pH值3因素进行优化,得到最佳条件为取温度为100℃,提取时间为10 min,pH值为10.46,糖肽提取率达1.49%,该提取方法工艺稳定,提取率高。View of the high cost of domestic glycopeptide products extracted from Ganoderma lucidum, Coriolus versicolor, natto bacteria, ginseng and other raw materials, this study took the relatively low-cost pig duodenum as the raw material, and optimized the extraction temperature, time and pH value by using the uniform design method. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: temperature 100 ℃, time 10min, pH value 10.46, the extraction rate of glycopeptide was 1.49%, and the extraction process was stable, The extraction rate is more than twice that of foreign related technologies.
