摘　　要：2000年黑河流域开始实施干流水量统一调度。20多年来,黑河生态调水取得了显著的生态、经济和社会效益。回顾了2000年以来黑河流域生态调度工作取得的进展,分析了生态调水面临的问题,从推进流域统一规划、统一治理、统一调度、统一管理四方面提出当前及今后一段时期的重点工作。In 2000, integrated regulation of water in the mainstream was conducted in the Heihe River Basin.Over the past 20 years, water diversion for ecological restoration has achieved remarkable ecological,economic and social benefits. Through review of progress made in ecological regulation since 2000, problems faced by water regulation for ecological restoration of the basin are examined. Future tasks are introduced from four aspects of promoting unified planning, governance, regulation and management.
