摘 要:饲料中禁用抗生素后,通过饲喂在饲料添加了中药制剂等的饲料,采样进行细菌培养,分离出大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌,进行15种抗菌药物药敏试验,发现添加中药组、生益益生源和对照组相比,鸡体泄殖腔分离的大肠杆菌对庆大霉素、妥布霉素、头孢拉定等较敏感,而对土霉素、红霉素、青霉素、磺胺嘧啶钠等耐药;沙门氏菌对头孢拉定、头孢唑啉、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星等较敏感,而对青霉素、氨苄西林、红霉素、土霉素、磺胺嘧啶钠等耐药。结果表明饲料中添加中草药可增加细菌对抗生素的敏感性,而添加微生态制剂没有这种作用。After the ban on antibiotics in the feed,this study was conducted by feeding the feed with Chinese medicine and other additions to the feed;by sampling for bacterial culture,E.coli and Salmon were isolated,and 15 kinds of antimicrobial drug sensitivity tests were conducted.The results found that the added Chinese medicine group had good benefits compared with the control group,and E.coli isolated from chicken cloaca was more sensitive to gentamicin,tobramycin,cefradine,etc.,but resistant to oxytetracycline,erythromycin,penicillin,sulfadiazine sodium,etc.Salmonella was more sensitive to cefradine,cefazolin,florfenicol,enrofloxacin,etc.,but was resistant to penicillin,ampicillin,erythromycin,oxytetracycline,and sulfadiazine sodium.The results showed that the addition of Chinese herbs to the feed increased the susceptibility of bacteria to antibiotics,while the addition of microecological preparations had no such effect.
