摘　　要：随着化工企业安全生产管理对调度安全应急工作的要求越来越严格,应急处置在日常调度安全管理中越来越受到重视。生产调度作为企业应急指挥中心,提升生产调度应急能力有助于生产企业应对生产应急能力的有效提升,如何提升生产调度的应急能力作为现代企业具有重要现实意义。With the safety production management of chemical enterprises to dispatch safety emergency work more and more strict requirements, emergency disposal has been paid more and more attention in the daily dispatch safety management. As the emergency command center of enterprise, improving the emergency capacity of production scheduling is helpful for production enterprises to effectively improve the emergency capacity of production scheduling. How to improve the emergency capacity of production scheduling is of great practical significance for modern enterprises.
