摘 要:85%的涎腺肿瘤发生在腮腺,腮腺肿瘤的处理取决于组织学类型,可靠的术前评估对预后的影响至关重要。超声具有简便、经济、无创、实时等优点,且随着弹性成像、超声造影的发展,其在腮腺肿瘤的诊断中应用广泛。本文就超声技术在腮腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用进展进行综述。85% of salivary gland tumors occur in parotid gland and the management of parotid gland neoplasms depends on histological type, so reliable preoperative evaluation is crucial to prognosis. Ultrasound has been widely used in the diagnosis of parotid gland tumors because it has the advantage of being convenient, economical, non-invasive and real-time, as well as the development of elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The progress in the application of ultrasound technology in the differential diagnosis of parotid gland tumors is reviewed in this article.
