摘  要:党的二十大工作报告中强调要实施科教兴国战略。习近平关于科教兴国战略的重要论述是马克思主义中国化时代化理论成果的重要组成部分,是对国内外环境变化和现实发展需要的回应,也是对科教兴国基本国策的坚持和深入推动。遵循“教育—人才—创新—科技—强国”关键要素联动的逻辑链,习近平将科教兴国、人才强国、创新驱动发展三大战略统一进行统筹规划,丰富了科教兴国的理论内涵,在实践层面为新时代我国教育、科技、创新驱动的整体联动发展提供了科学的方法论。Xi Jinping stresses that China will continue to commit to implementing the strategy of "Rejuvenating China through Science and Education" in the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Xi Jinping’s statement is a significant contribution to the theoretical achievements of modernization of Marxism in China and a response to the emerging national and international challenges and the need for sustainable development.It is also a consistent and strong promotion of the fundamental national policy of rejuvenating China through science and technology.By following the inherent logic chain among "education-talent-innovation-science and technology-national prosperity",Xi Jinping unifies the three strategies in one package:"Rejuvenating China with Science and Education","Strengthening China with Talents",and "Driving China" Development with Innovation".His remark not only enriches the theoretical connotations of " Rejuvenating China through Science and Education",but also provides a scientific methodology for fostering an integrative and coordinated development of education,science,and innovation in China in the new era.
