摘  要:采用选择性富集和平板分离的方法从湖南省某土壤中筛出一株以乙酸钙为底物的碳酸盐矿化菌,并对该菌株诱导的碳酸钙沉淀的晶体类型以及pH、接种量、乙酸钙浓度等不同因素对碳酸钙的产量影响进行研究。结果表明,该碳酸盐矿化菌鉴定为克雷白氏杆菌属,其GenBank登录号为ON139648;革兰氏染色呈阴性,6 h~96 h为该菌的对数生长期;克雷白氏杆菌诱导的碳酸钙矿物晶体类型既有方解石,又有球霰石,其诱导碳酸钙沉淀产生的最佳条件为:初始pH=7、菌液接种量为4%、乙酸钙浓度为0.25 mol/L,乙酸钙利用率最高为96.6%,诱导的碳酸钙产量最高为1.23 g。A strain of calcium carbonate mineralization bacteria based on calcium acetate as substrate was isolated from a soil in Hunan Province by selective enrichment and plate separation,and the crystal type of calcium carbonate precipitation induced by this strain and the effects of different factors such as pH,inoculum and calcium acetate concentration on calcium carbonate production were investigated.The results showed that the carbonate mineralizing bacteria were identified as Klebsiella sp.with GenBank accession number ON139648;the Gram stain was negative,and the logarithmic growth period was from 6 h to 96 h.The types of calcium carbonate crystals induced by Klebsiella sp.were both calcite and vaterite,and the optimal conditions for inducing calcium carbonate precipitation were:initial pH=7,inoculum level of 4%,calcium acetate concentration of 0.25 mol/L,maximum calcium acetate utilization of 96.6%,and maximum induced calcium carbonate yield of 1.23 g.
