双高计划背景下高职院校“工匠型”技能人才培养策略

摘　　要：本文阐述了“双高计划”的内涵与定位,引出“工匠精神”“技能型人才”的内涵,并理清了“工匠精神”与“技能型人才”之间的相互关系,重点围绕“双高计划”的实施背景,特别针对新时代高等职业院校所担负的社会责任与发展目标深入探讨,旨在分析现阶段我国高职院校的短板弱项。在文章最后以问题为导向,提出了部分举措以作参考。This paper expounds the connotation and positioning of “double-high plan”, which leads to the connotation of “craftsman spirit” and “skilled talents” and clarifies the relationship between them. It focuses on the implementation background of “double high plan”, especially discusses the social responsibility and development goals of higher vocational colleges in the new era, and analyzes the weaknesses of higher vocational colleges in the present stage. Finally, with problem-oriented, some measures are put forward for reference.
