摘 要:习近平总书记强调“实现碳达峰碳中和是一场广泛而深刻的经济社会系统性变革,要把碳达峰、碳中和纳入生态文明建设整体布局”。高校作为我国生态文明建设的重要环节,打造资源节约型、环境友好型的低碳校园成为新时代高校建设的必然选择。本文结合高校能源消费特点,通过对当前校园节能工作难点进行研究,从制度建设、技术应用、机制创新、宣传教育等方面对低碳校园建设的工作方向进行探讨。General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "to achieve Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality is an extensive and profound change of economy and social system, which should be incorporated into the overall layout of Ecological Civilization construction". Since colleges are important parts of Ecological Civilization construction in China, it has become an inevitable choice for the construction of colleges to create the resource-saving, environment-friendly and low-carbon campus in the new era. Combining the characteristics of energy consumption in colleges, this paper studies the difficulties of energy saving in colleges, and discusses the working direction of low-carbon campus construction from the aspects of system construction, technology application, mechanism innovation, publicity and education, etc.
