老年人积极心理与疾病恢复的关系研究

摘　　要：促进疾病恢复对保障老年人的生活质量有重要意义。基于生物—心理—社会医学模式,探讨积极心理健康与老年人疾病恢复的关系。共1198名60岁以上中国老年人参与调查,问卷内容包括积极心理健康、老年时期确诊过的生理心理疾病及其恢复情况。调查结果发现:积极心理健康是老年人疾病恢复的保护因素,相比积极心理健康水平高(繁荣)的老年人,积极心理健康水平低(衰弱)的老年人疾病恢复的可能性降低50.3%,积极心理健康水平为中度的老年人疾病恢复的可能性降低29.8%。老年人积极心理健康水平越高,疾病恢复状况越好,治疗花费、治疗时间、治疗经历和共病数量越少。将积极心理健康的评估和干预融入老年人健康计划,是促进老年人身心健康的有益补充。It is important to promote illness recovery to guarantee older adults’quality of life.The relationship between mental well-being and illness recovery among older adults was discussed using the biopsychosocial model.A total of 1,198 Chinese older adults aged over 60 years participated.The survey included questions about mental well-being,physical and mental illness diagnosed in old age,and general recovery status.The results showed that mental well-being was a protective factor for illness recovery in older adults.Older adults with the lowest mental well-being were 50.3%less likely to recover from illness than those with a high level of mental well-being,while older adults with moderate mental well-being were 29.8%less likely to recover.Higher mental well-being is related to better recovery status,lower treatment cost,shorter treatment duration,fewer treatment methods,and a lower number of comorbidities.The integration of mental well-being assessments and interventions into health programs is a useful complement to the promotion of physical and mental health for older adults.
