摘 要:Ti80合金是我国针对深潜器及船舶结构创新研制的一种近α型钛合金,具有良好的焊接性能。为了探究Ti80厚板多层多道焊接工艺参数与焊接次序对焊接残余应力的影响,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立厚板多层多道焊接温度和热应力耦合模型。基于耦合模型计算Ti80厚板在不同焊接次序及冷却间隔时间的焊接温度场和残余应力场,分析焊接次序和冷却间隔时间对多层多道焊温度场和热应力场分布的影响,总结焊接次序和冷却间隔时间对残余应力的影响规律。最终得出:厚板焊接过程中,采用双面交替焊比单面顺序焊的残余应力峰值要小,应力分布也更为均匀,缩短冷却间隔时间能够减小横向残余应力分量S11的幅值,因此Ti80厚板焊接时,推荐采用双面交替、短间隔冷却时间的焊接方式。Ti80 alloy is a near α type titanium alloy which developed for deep submersibles and ship structures in China. It has good welding performance. In order to explore the influence of multi-layer and multi pass welding process parameters and welding sequence on the welding residual stress of Ti80 thick plate, the coupling model of temperature and thermal stress of multi-layer and multi pass welding of thick plate is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS. Based on the coupling model, the welding temperature field and residual stress field of Ti80 thick plate under different welding sequences and cooling intervals are calculated.The effects of welding sequence and cooling interval on the distribution of temperature field and stress field in multi-layer and multi pass welding of Ti80 thick plate are analyzed, and the effects of welding sequence and cooling interval on the residual stress are summarized. Finally, it is concluded that in the process of thick plate welding, the residual stress of double-sided alternating welding is smaller than that of single-sided sequential welding, and the stress distribution is more uniform, and shortening the cooling interval can reduce the amplitude of transverse residual stress component S11. Therefore, the welding method of double-sided alternating and short interval cooling time is recommended for Ti80 thick plate welding.
