摘  要:在国家高质量发展的时代大环境下,高质量发展也是图书馆事业进入新的发展阶段面临的目标要求。图书馆员作为图书馆事业最活跃、最能动的构成要素,馆员队伍建设水平直接关系到图书馆事业的发展。文章用活动理论框架对安徽省高校图工委在馆员培训方面开展的一些活动进行分析,总结其成功经验,并对其可能的优化方面提出建议。In the context of the national high-quality development,high-quality development becomes the goal and requirement of libraries in the new development stage.As one of the most active and dynamic elements,professional development of librarian is directly related to the development of the library cause.This paper uses the framework of activity theory to analyze some activities carried out by Library and Information Work Committee of Anhui High Education Institutions in the aspect of librarian training,summarizes its successful experience,and puts forward suggestions on its possible optimization.
