摘 要:目的探讨基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)结合多学科综合治疗模式(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)教学法在胃肠外科实习教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年8—12月广州医科大学附属第二医院临床医学专业实习学生80名,随机分成研究组及对照组,每组40名,对照组进行传统基于课堂的临床实习(lecture-based 1earning,LBL)教学方式,研究组进行PBL结合MDT教学方式。分析对比两组学生的教学满意度、出科考试成绩和病历书写评分。结果研究组实习学生对教学的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组实习学生的出科考试成绩和病历书写评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论PBL结合MDT教学法让胃肠外科实习学生能更好地理解和掌握相关临床知识。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)teaching method in the teaching of gastrointestinal surgery internship.Methods From August to December 2021,80 students majoring in clinical medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 40 students in each group.The control group was given traditional lecture-based 1earning(LBL)teaching method,while the research group was given PBL combined with MDT teaching method.Analyzed and compared the teaching satisfaction,examination results and medical record writing scores of the two groups of students.Results The satisfaction of the students in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of the exit examination and medical record writing of the students in the research group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The PBL combined with MDT teaching method allows the gastrointestinal surgery internship students to better understand and master the relevant clinical knowledge.
