摘 要:文中通过液相色谱法对皮革中四种常用的醛类化合物进行检测。采用十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液萃取皮革样品中的醛类化合物,萃取后的醛类化合物与衍生化试剂反应生成具有紫外吸收特性的化合物并经C18色谱柱分离最终在二极管阵列检测器上检测。对皮革制品中常用的牛皮样品进行三个水平的加标实验,回收率和相对标准偏差分别在80.5%~114.6%和2.3%~9.7%范围。甲醛、乙醛、丙醛和戊二醛的定量限分别为1.0mg/kg、1.0mg/kg、2.0mg/kg和5.0mg/kg,满足日常检测要求。本研究确定的检测皮革制品中醛类化合物的方法不仅具有前处理简单、检测灵敏度高的优点,而且回收率高、精密度好,为皮革制品中常用醛类化合物的检测提供了技术支持。The four common aldehydes in leather were detected by liquid chromatography.The aldehyde compound in the leather sample is extracted with sodium dodecyl sulfonate aqueous solution.The extracted aldehyde compound reacts with the derivatization reagent to form compounds with ultraviolet absorption,which were separated by a C18 chromatographic column and detected by a photo-diode-array-detector.Three levels of standard addition experiments were carried out on cow leather samples universally used in leather products,and the recovery rate and relative standard deviation were in the range of 80.5%~114.6% and 2.3%~9.7%,respectively.The quantification limits of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,propionaldehyde and glutaraldehyde were 1.0 mg/kg,1.0 mg/kg,2.0 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg,respectively,which meets the requirements of daily testing.The method for the detecting aldehydes in leather not only has the advantages of simple pretreatment and high detection sensitivity,but also possesses the characteristics of high recovery rate and good precision.The study will provide technical support for the detection of aldehydes in leather products.
