摘  要:通过参考镀铬板的检测方法,对比了X荧光法和分光光度法测量71钝化镀锡板表面铬中氧化铬层和金属铬层的含量。两种方法在测量氧化铬时没有差异,在测量金属铬时有系统偏差,这是因为两种方法的剥离方式不同。通过GDS和SEM的分析表明,镀锡基板表面有铬元素富集,这是两种方法测定金属铬时存在差异的根本原因。X荧光法改用稀盐酸剥离金属铬层5 min,能有效避免基板表面的铬量影响,与分光光度法得到一致结果。By referring to the detection method of chromium coated plate,this paper compares the content of chromium oxide layer and metal chromium layer on the surface of 71 passivated tinplate measured by X-fluorescence spectrometry and spectrophotometry.There is no difference in the measurement of chromium oxide between the two methods,and there is a systematic deviation in the measurement of metal chromium,because the stripping modes of the two methods are different.The analysis of GDS and SEM shows that chromium is enriched on the surface of substrate,which is the fundamental reason for the difference between the two methods.The X-ray fluorescence spectrometry uses dilute hydrochloric acid to strip the metal chromium layer for 5 min,which can effectively avoid the influence of chromium on the surface of substrate,and the results are consistent with spectrophotometry.
