建构中国特色学术期刊评价体系之我见  

My Opinion on Constructing the Evaluation System of Academic Journals with Chinese Characteristics

摘　　要：中国学术期刊评价体系在多年的讨论中,虽然进行了一系列有益探索,但没有把自然科学与社会科学类期刊作为一个整体通盘考虑,这不仅严重阻碍了中国自然科学学术期刊评价体系的建立,而且深刻影响了社会科学学术期刊评价体系建构的合法性。要建构中国特色的学术期刊评价体系,需要在中文社会科学引文索引来源期刊基础上,开发建设中文科学引文索引来源期刊,加强顶层设计,切实使学术期刊评价体系成为中国学术的强大内驱力。After years of development,the evaluation system of Chinese academic journals has carried out a series of beneficial explorations,but it has not considered the journals of natural science and social science as a whole.This not only seriously hinders the establishment of the evaluation system of Chinese natural science academic journals,but also profoundly affects the legitimacy of the construction of the evaluation system of social science academic journals.We should construct an evaluation system of academic journals with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of Chinese Social Science Citation Index source journals,it is necessary to develop and construct Chinese Science Citation Index source journals,strengthen top-level design,and effectively make the academic journal evaluation system a strong internal driving force for Chinese academia.
