摘　　要：目的 探讨护生的领悟社会支持与问题解决能力之间的关系,以及反馈寻求行为在两者之间的中介作用。方法 2021年10月,采用便利抽样方法抽取南京市1所三级甲等医院303名护生进行调查,采用一般资料量表、领悟社会支持量表、反馈寻求行为量表和问题解决能力量表进行问卷调查。结果 护生的问题解决能力总得分为(76.90±16.83)分,领悟社会支持总得分为(66.50±10.67)分,反馈寻求行为总得分为(56.75±12.02)分。领悟社会支持、反馈寻求行为及问题解决能力三者之间均呈两两正相关(r=0.454~0.504,均P<0.01);反馈寻求行为在领悟社会支持与问题解决能力之间呈部分中介作用(β=0.105),间接效应比总效应的31.25%。结论 领悟社会支持可直接影响护生的问题解决能力,也可通过反馈寻求行为间接影响其问题解决能力。Objective To explore the relationship betweenperceived social support and problem solving ability of nursing students,and the mediating role of feedback seeking behavior between them. Methods In October 2021,a total of 303 nursing students from agrade-A tertiary hospital in Nanjing City were collected by the convenience sampling method,and the general information questionnaire,perceived social support scale,feedback seeking behavior questionnaire,and problem solving questionnaire were selected for questionnaire survey. Results The score of problem solving ability,perceived social support and feedback seeking behavior in nursing students was(76.90±16.83),(66.50±10.67) and(56.75±12.02)points,respectively.There were correlations between perceived social support,feedback seeking behavior and problem solving ability(r =0.454-0.504,all P <0.01).The feedback seeking behavior had partial mediating role between perceived social support and problem solving ability(β=0.105),and the mediating effect accounting 31.25% of the total effect. Conclusion The perceived social support can directly influence problem solving ability of nursing students,and it can also indirectly influence problem solving ability through feedback seeking behavior.
