摘　　要：配戴离焦设计的框架眼镜在一定程度上可以缓解眼轴增长,控制近视屈光度的进展,是儿童青少年近视常用的光学矫正方法。为了进一步规范框架眼镜镜片的离焦设计,保证该类光学镜片实际使用达到预期效果,由上海市眼病防治中心(上海市眼科医院)牵头,上海市眼镜行业协会和上海市医学会视光学专科分会一起制定并提出此规范,旨在为眼镜行业从业者、眼科和视光医师提供参考。Optical glasses with defocus design,which can reduce eye axial length growth and control the progression of myopia,is a common optical correction method for children and adolescents with myopia.In order to further standardize the design of optical defocus lens and ensure the myopic control effect that the lens might achieve,Shanghai Eye Disease Prevention and Treatment Center(Shanghai Eye Hospital),Shanghai Glasses Industry Association and Shanghai Medical Association Optometry Branch have put forward this guideline together as reference for optical industry practitioners,ophthalmologists and optometrist.
