摘 要:根据胶印机输墨系统的发展趋势,本研究提出一种新的3根着墨辊的输墨系统排列方式,以适用于高速印刷和对空间结构要求高的场合。运用输墨系统性能动态分析的方法,建立了胶印机输墨系统动态数学模型。通过对胶印机输墨系统印品上墨层一致性的动态仿真,结合墨辊直径以及油墨传递路线等因素对墨杠的可能产生原因进行分析,并对输墨系统排列结构进行相应改进,得到较理想的输墨系统结构方案,并且对该输墨系统在“水墨共上”情况下的墨层厚度一致性进行了分析。本研究得出的相关结论对输墨系统设计和分析具有一定借鉴意义。According to the development trend of the inking system,a new arrangement of the inking system with three inking rollers was proposed in this study,suitable for high-speed printing and compact space.A dynamic mathematical model of the inking system of the offset printing press was established,with the method of dynamic analysis of the performance of the inking system.With the help of a dynamic simulation method for the uniformity of the ink layer on the printed products of the inking system,the reasons for the occurrence of ink steaks were analyzed,considering factors such as the diameter of ink rollers and the ink transfer route,the possible causes of the ink bar were analyzed,and the arrangement structure of the inking system was improved accordingly,then an ideal structure scheme of the inking system was obtained,the thickness uniformity of the ink layer under the condition of water and ink being coated on the form inking roller together of the inking system was analyzed.Some useful conclusions have been drawn for the design and analysis of inking system.
