补脑熄风止痉汤联合多巴丝肼对帕金森病患者智能及精神状况的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨帕金森病(PD)患者应用补脑熄风止痉汤联合多巴丝肼治疗对智能及精神状况的疗效。方法:纳入2019年10月至2021年10月收治于南阳市第二人民医院的88例PD患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组口服多巴丝肼治疗,观察组加用补脑熄风止痉汤治疗,均连续治疗12周。比较两组临床疗效、智能状况、精神状况、生活质量[帕金森生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)]及不良反应。结果:观察组临床总有效率、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、PDQ-39评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PD患者应用补脑熄风止痉汤联合多巴丝肼治疗具有良好的效果,在改善智能及精神状况方面具有一定优势,有利于提高患者生活质量,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of bunao xifeng zhijing decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride on intelligence and mental status in patients with parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:88 PD patients admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Nanyang City from October 2019 to October 2021 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with bunao xifeng zhijing decoction on the basis of contral group,all for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,mental status,intelligence status,quality of life[parkinson's quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate and mini-mental state scale(MMSE)score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and PDQ-39 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of bunao xifeng zhijing decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride in the treatment of PD patients has a good effect,has certain advantages in improving intelligence and mental status,is conducive to improve the quality of life of patients,safe and reliable.
