摘 要:为增强沥青路面在潮湿状态下的抗滑性能,提升车辆行驶安全性,本研究旨在设计一种薄层多孔沥青路面。对薄层多孔沥青混合料OGFC-5开展级配设计,并明确其油石比。通过浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验以及渗水试验,分别检验其水稳定性、高温稳定性以及排水性能。以SMA-13路面作对比,借助激光扫描获取两种路面的表面纹理并进行三维路表纹理重构。结果表明,OGFC-5的路用性能和排水性能均能满足规范要求,且OGFC-5具有较好的抗滑性能,其路表纹理表现更佳。OGFC-5型薄层多孔沥青混合料路面可以作为一种排水抗滑性能的路面选择。To enhance the skid resistance of asphalt pavement in wet condition,and to improve the safety of road driving,this study aims to design a thin layer porous asphalt pavement.The mix design of OGFC-5 is carried out and its oil-stone ratio is determined.The water stability,high-temperature stability,and drainage performance are evaluated by water immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,rutting test and water permeability test,respectively.Finally,the skid resistance of OGFC-5and SMA-13 is compared.The surface textures of the two pavements are collected by a laser scanning method and the three-dimensional surface textures are reconstructed.The results show that the road performance and drainage performance of OGFC-5 can meet the specification requirements.The skid resistance performance of OGFC-5 is better than that of SMA-13,and its road surface texture performance is better.This OGFC-5 thin porous asphalt pavement can be used as a pavement option for certain requirements of drainage and skid resistance performance.
