摘 要:目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对帕金森病运动障碍的影响。方法选择2021年6月至12月于南昌大学第四附属医院门诊就诊的24例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为rTMS组和假刺激组,每组12例。rTMS组接受1 Hz低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗双侧M1区(第一运动区),假刺激组接受假刺激,每周1次,连续4周。比较两组治疗前和治疗后即刻的UPDRSⅢ评分以及10 m折返运动试验时间。结果治疗前两组患者UPDRSⅢ评分和10 m折返运动时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后即刻,rTMS组患者的UPDRSⅢ评分低于治疗前及假刺激组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后即刻,rTMS组患者的10 m折返运动时间短于治疗前及假刺激组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论1 Hz低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗双侧MI区对帕金森病运动障碍有短期的改善。Objective To investigate the effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on Parkinson's disease patient with movement disorder.Methods A total of 24 PD patients with Movement Disorder were enrolled in outpatients of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June to December 2021 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into rTMS group and sham stimulation group,with 12 patients in each group.The rTMS group was received 1 Hz rTMS stimulation overbilateral M1(primary motor cortex area),and the sham stimulation group was received sham stimulation,once a week,4 consecutive weeks.The UPDRS-Ⅲscore and 10 m return movement test were assessed before and after the last session.Results The UPDRSⅢscore and the 10 m return movement time were no difference between rTMS and sham stimulation groups before treatment(P>0.05).After the last treatment,the UPDRSⅢscore of rTMS group was lower than those of before treatment and the sham stimulation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the last treatment,the 10 m return movement time of rTMS group was shorten than those of before treatment and the sham stimulation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1 Hz rTMS for bilateral MI area has shown short-term improvement in motor disorders in Parkinson's disease.
