摘　　要：目的探讨去骨瓣减压术联合康复训练治疗闭合性颅脑损伤的效果及对患者功能预后的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2018年5月济南市第一人民医院收治的100例闭合性颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组患者采用去骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组患者采用去骨瓣减压术联合康复训练治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、上肢运动功能和智力状态。结果观察组治疗1个月后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗1个月后的上肢运动功能评测表(Fugl-Meyer)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗1个月后的Fugl-Meyer、MMSE评分均高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去骨瓣减压术联合康复训练治疗闭合性颅脑损伤有良好的效果,能够促进上肢运动功能和社会认知功恢复,有效改善患者预后,可以进一步研究。Objective To investigate the effect of decompression combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of closed craniocerebral injury and its effect on the functional prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with closed craniocerebral injury in Ji'nan First People's Hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with decompression of bone flap removal,and patients in the observation group were treated with decompression of bone flap removal combined with rehabilitation training.The efficacy,upper limb motor function and intelligence status of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after 1 month of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the upper limb motor function evaluation form(Fugl-Meyer)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer and MMSE scores of the two groups after 1 month of treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Decompression combined with rehabilitation training has a good effect on the treatment of closed craniocerebral injury,can promote the recovery of upper limb motor function and social cognitive function,and effectively improve the prognosis of patients,which can be further studied.
