摘　　要：目的比较慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴肠上皮化生(IM)或不典型增生(AH)患者应用胃复春与清胃化瘀丸治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2021年5月至2022年5月章丘区中医医院脾胃肝胆科就诊的106例CAG伴IM或AH患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为常规组(53例,应用胃复春治疗)和研究组(53例,应用清胃化瘀丸治疗)。比较两组患者的用药疗效,治疗前后的胃黏膜组织病理评分、中医症状评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为98.11%,高于常规组的86.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的IM、胃黏膜腺体组织萎缩、AH病理评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的痞闷不适、胃胀痛、食欲不振、泛酸、嗳气中医症状评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用清胃化瘀丸治疗较应用胃复春组的效果更佳,可进一步减缓胃黏膜病理进展,减轻患者病症,值得广泛借鉴。Objective To compare the clinical effect of Weifuchun and Qingwei Huayu Pills in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with intestinal metaplasia(IM)or atypical hyperplasia(AH).Methods A total of 106 CAG patients with IM or AH who were treated in the Department of Spleen and Stomach Hepatobiliary Surgery of Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively selected as the treatment objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into conventional group(53 cases,treated with Weifuchun)and study group(53 cases,treated with Qingwei Huayu Pills).The drug efficacy,gastric mucosa pathology score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.11%,higher than 86.79%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IM,gastric mucosal glandular tissue atrophy and AH pathological scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group after treatment,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of swelling discomfort,distension,loss of appetite,pantothenic acid and belching after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Qingwei Huayu Pills is more effective than Weifuchun group,which can further slow down the pathological progress of gastric mucosa and alleviate the symptoms of patients,which is worthy of extensive reference.
