TBX2表达与前列腺癌临床病理特征及其上皮间质转化的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌中T-BOX转录因子2(TBX2)表达与其临床病理特征及上皮间质转化的相关性。方法选取行前列腺癌根治术的患者68例(PCa组),选取同期行前列腺电切术的良性前列增生患者68例(BPH组),收集两组手术切除的前列腺癌组织及良性组织,应用免疫组化技术对癌组织及良性组织中TBX2表达进行检测,分析TBX2表达与前列腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果PCa组TBX2阳性表达率为69.12%,较BPH组(16.18%)高(P<0.05);TBX2阳性表达与前列腺癌患者年龄、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),与临床分期、PSA水平显著相关(P<0.05);PCa组TBX2阳性者EMT相关蛋白表达量与TBX2阴性者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论TBX2高表达在PCa发生及发展中发挥着重要作用,其阳性表达水平可能与Pca恶性程度呈正相关性,TBX2阳性表达在评估PCa进展风险、制定临床治疗方案中有潜在价值,TBX2表达也是影响PCa预后的关键因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between T-BOX transcription factor 2(TBX2)expression and clinicopathological characteristics and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in prostate cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients(PCa group)who underwent radical prostatectomy were selected,and 68 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent transprostatectomy during the same period(BPH group)were selected.Collected the 2 groups of surgically resected prostate cancer tissues and benign tissues,applied immunohistochemical technology to detect the expression of TBX2 in cancer tissues and benign tissues,and analyzed the relationship between TBX2 and the pathological characteristics of prostate cancer.Results The positive expression rate of TBX2 in the PCa group was 69.12%,which was higher than 16.18%in the BPH group(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in pathological characteristics such as age and lymph node metastasis in the positive group of PCa patients(P>0.05),while the clinical stage and PSA level of the positive group were significantly different from those in the negative group(P<0.05);The expression of EMT-related proteins in the positive group of PCa patients was significantly different from that in the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of TBX2 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of PCa.Its positive expression level may be positively correlated with the degree of Pca malignancy.Research on the positive expression of TBX2 has potential value in assessing the risk of PCa progression and formulating clinical treatment plans.TBX2 expression It is also a key factor affecting the prognosis of PCa.
