新型三孔胸腔镜技术对肺癌疗效及患者生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新型三孔胸腔镜技术治疗肺癌患者的疗效及其是否影响日常生活。方法回顾性选取肺癌患者120例,根据手术方式分为两组,其中研究组60例均实施新型术式“双微孔”三孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗,对照组60例均实施传统三孔式胸腔镜肺叶切除手术,对比2组患者的临床疗效等情况。结果除淋巴结清扫数目外,研究组其他围术期指标(如切口长度、引流管留置、手术、住院时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率)情况均较对照组更优(P<0.05);术后研究组患者的炎性相关血清指标(白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α和C反应蛋白)均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);术后3个月,研究组患者的生活质量(身体状况、情感状况、功能状况及总分)较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论新型术式“双微孔”三孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗早期肺癌的疗效较传统三孔更为显著,同时还可减轻患者的术后疼痛及炎性反应程度,最终提高患者生活质量,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the analysis of Clinical efficacy and living quality of new technology of three hole thoracoscopy in pulmonary lobectomy for lung cancer.Methods 120 patients with lung cancer were divided into 2 groups according to the operation mode,60 patients in the control group were given traditional three-portal video-assisted thoracic surgery,60 patients in the study group were given 2 micro-portal video-assisted thoracic surgery,then the 2 groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy and so on.Results The perioperative indexes of the study group were better than control group except for the number of lymph node cleaning(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum indexes in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The living quality in the study group was better than the control group 3 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The new type of"double microporous"three hole thoracoscopic lobectomy is more effective than the traditional three hole thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of early lung cancer.It can also reduce the postoperative pain and inflammatory response of patients,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
