基于《伤寒论》“误汗”探析避误思维

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中记载了诸多关于汗法的条文,既明确了汗法使用原则,也阐述了汗法正确使用的情况,更列举了汗法的禁忌症以及汗法不当而导致的变证。文章通过探析《伤寒论》中误用汗法的前因后果,总结误汗致变的病机本质在于误汗伤及人体阳气和津液,因此误汗变证的治疗关键在于“救阳气”和“存津液”。临床实践中,不仅要掌握变证发生后的救逆方法,更要明确致误原因以规避误治。Treatise on Febrile Diseases records many articles about the sweat method,which not only clarifies the principle of using the sweat method,but also expounds the situation of the correct use of the sweat method,and also lists the contraindications of the sweat method and the changes caused by improper sweat method.certificate.By analyzing the causes and consequences of the misuse of sweating in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,the author concludes that the pathogenesis of abnormal sweating is the injury of yang qi and body fluids in the human body.“Storage of body fluid”.In clinical practice,it is not only necessary to master the rescue methods after the occurrence of changes in the syndrome,but also to clarify the causes of errors to avoid mistreatment.
