摘 要:“共享经济”能够很好地发挥社会闲散资源的作用,为消费者提供便捷的租赁服务,在此大背景下,共享厨房应运而生。本文以“晓食记”大学生创新创业训练项目为基础,针对杭州市下沙大学城的消费群体,了解共享厨房在下沙大学城的市场需求,通过调研发现项目存在的不足和风险,并以此提出建议,为日后的运营和管理工作提供参考。“Sharing economy” can provide convenient rental services for consumers by making good use of idle resources in society. Under this background, shared kitchen came into being. Based on Xiaoshiji, a training project for College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship, this paper conducted a survey on the consumer groups of Hangzhou Xiasha Higher Education Zone, to clarify the market demand of shared kitchen in this district. Besides, some suggestions were put forward considering the shortcomings and risks of the project, providing reference for the future operation and management.
