摘 要:流式细胞术是一种功能强大的先进生物检测分析技术,在生物医学等研究中发挥着重要的作用。许多高校都购置了流式细胞仪,但在本科教学中应用却很少,仅专业技术人员或者研究生能够操作。为了让本科生有机会学习和掌握流式细胞术,在生物科学综合实验课程中增加流式细胞术的理论知识、实验与仪器操作、结果分析等内容,用流式细胞仪来检测细胞的转染效率,并与传统的倒置荧光显微镜检测方法进行比较。将流式细胞术引入本科实验教学,不仅普及了流式细胞术知识,丰富了实验教学内容,使本科生了解前沿研究方法与技术,而且培养他们的科研创新思维和分析能力,同时也提高流式细胞仪等大型精密仪器的使用率。Flow cytometry is a powerful and novel biological assay technique, which plays an important role in biomedical research, but is rarely used in undergraduate teaching. Many universities have flow cytometry, but only professional technician or graduate students can operate flow cytometry, undergraduate students know less about it. In order to provide undergraduates with the opportunity to master the technique of flow cytometry, the theoretical knowledge, experiments and instrument operation of flow cytometry were designed in the course of Integrated Experiments for Biosciences, and the cell transfection efficiency was detected by flow cytometry and compared with inverted fluorescence microscopy. This experiment not only popμLarizes the flow cytometry knowledge, but also improves the enthusiasm and initiative of undergraduates in learning new technology, laying a foundation for scientific research in future, and increasing the utilization rate of large precision instruments such as flow cytometer.
