摘  要:充分考虑高校实验室教师绩效测评的灰色系统特性,合理设计测评方法,可有效激励和引导教师,提高工作积极性,提升实验室工作能力。通过高校实验室教师绩效测评的灰色特征分析,梳理明确了测评分析程序,构建了测评指标体系;建立了客观指标和主观测评数据序列的双重灰度模型。论述了绩效评价特征向量的归一化问题;提出测评数据“模糊-实数化”处理方法;分析特征数据序列的参照关联系数,进行测评排序,结合示例进行了绩效分析与方法对比。与一般测评结果对比,该方法能够显著提高高校实验室教师绩效考核的科学性和可操作性,可为高校人事管理和考核评价提供参考。This paper fully considers the grey system’s characteristics of experimental teachers’ performance evaluation in universities,and the reasonable design of evaluation methods can effectively motivate and guide teachers,improve the enthusiasm for work,enhance the working ability in the laboratory,and promote the construction of the laboratory.Through the analysis of gray characteristics,an evaluation and analysis program of dual gray model is clarified,the evaluation indexes are constructed,also the dual gray model of objective index and subjective evaluation data sequence are established. Then,the normalization of performance evaluation feature vector is discussed,and the method of“fuzzy-real”processing of evaluation data is put forward. The objects are sorted by analyzing the reference correlation coefficient of characteristic data sequence,then the evaluation results are compared. This paper believes that this method can significantly improve the scientific and easy operation of the performance evaluation for experimental teachers in colleges and universities,and can provide reference for the evaluation of personnel management.
