摘 要:随着物流行业的高速发展,标准双立柱堆垛机的需求越来越大。针对目前大部分在用标准双立柱堆垛机立柱重力较大、经济性低的缺点,以DSZ1J1-1标准双立柱堆垛机为对象,进行轻量化与系列化研究。应用SolidWork软件对标准双立柱堆垛机的整机三维模型进行必要的简化,应用ANSYS Workbench软件建立有限元模型,选取最危险工况对模型进行有限元仿真。基于仿真结果,通过改变立柱截面尺寸,达到轻量化的目的。同时对立柱高度进行系列化设计,得到标准双立柱堆垛机在不同立柱截面尺寸、不同立柱高度时的立柱挠度,为生产设计提供参考。搭建生产场景试验平台,对DSZ1J1-18标准双立柱堆垛机进行立柱挠度测试,将有限元仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,确认立柱挠度最大的位置,并且验证有限元仿真的可靠性。With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the demand for standard double column stackers is increasing.In view of the shortcomings of large gravity and low economy of most of the standard double column stackers currently in use,the DSZ1J1-1 standard double column stacker was used as the object to carry out lightweight and serialization study.SolidWork software was used to simplify the 3D model of a standard double column stacker,ANSYS Workbench software was used to build a finite element model,and the most hazardous condition was selected for finite element simulation.Based on the simulation results,the purpose of light weight was achieved by changing the cross-sectional dimension of the column.At the same time,the column height was designed against serialization,and the column deflection of the standard double column stacker at different column section sizes and different column heights was obtained,which provided reference for production design.A test platform for production scenario was built to test the column deflection of the DSZ1J1-18 standard double column stacker,the finite element simulation results were compared with the test results to confirm the position with the largest column deflection,and to verify the reliability of the finite element simulation.
