摘　　要：掌跖角化性皮肤病属皮肤科难治性疾病,与多种疾病相关,病因复杂,临床治疗颇为棘手。泡洗法作为安全、便捷、有效的外治方式,具有内治所不及之效,是中医的优势和特色之一。本文通过梳理中药泡洗作用机理及具备的优势,以“外治之理即内治之理”观点为指导,中医辨证与西医辨病相结合,就中药泡洗治疗掌跖角化性皮肤病的辨治思路进行探讨,可为临床相关治疗提供借鉴。Palmoplantar keratosis is a refractory dermatological disease,which is related to many diseases.The etiology is complex and the clinical treatment is difficult.As a safe,convenient and effective external treatment method,soaking and washing method has the advantages and characteristics of TCM.By combing the mechanism and advantages of TCM soaking and washing,guided by the view of“external treatment is internal treatment”,and combining TCM syndrome differentiation with Western medicine disease differentiation,this article discussed the differentiation and treatment ideas of TCM soaking and washing in the treatment of palmoplantar keratosis,which could provide reference for clinical treatment.
