摘  要:针对盾构隧道纵向刚度影响因素复杂、客观存在的纵向残余顶推力常被忽略等问题,以南昌地铁盾构隧道管片环为原型设计1∶10的缩尺模型,按环缝连接接头位置的不同,分2组开展纵向残余顶推力对隧道纵向刚度影响的试验研究,并结合工程实际分析影响盾构隧道纵向刚度的若干因素。结果表明:横向受力相同时,不同于刚度均匀简支梁反演得到的纵向挠曲变形,模型盾构隧道实测得到的纵向挠曲变形表现出明显的非线性特性;盾构隧道残余顶推力对其纵向刚度影响显著,刚度增长与纵向预压力增加呈现非线性关系;在相同纵向预压力作用下,角码布设在与水平线呈45°位置时,模型管片环之间可能发生的剪切位移量更大;盾构隧道残余顶推力、隧道挠曲变形阶段、环缝连接螺栓数量与形式、管片环缝端部构造等均对盾构隧道纵向刚度产生影响;隧道纵向挠曲变形主要由环缝张开及管片环之间的剪切滑移2部分导致,且管片环之间的剪切滑移具有随机性。Aiming at the problems of the complex factors affecting the longitudinal rigidity of shield tunnel and the ignored objective existence of the longitudinal residual jacking force,a 1∶10 scale model was designed based on the segment ring of the shield tunnel of Nanchang Metro.According to the different positions of circumferential connection joint,the experimental study of the influence of longitudinal residual jacking force on the longitudinal rigidity of tunnel was carried out in two groups,and the influence factors on the longitudinal rigidity of shield tunnel were analyzed in combination with the engineering practice.The results show that,under the same transverse force,the measured longitudinal deflection deformation of shield tunnel model shows obvious nonlinear characteristics,which is different from that obtained by the inversion of a simply supported beam with uniform rigidity.The residual jacking force of shield tunnel has a significant effect on its longitudinal rigidity,and there is a nonlinear relationship between the rigidity increase and the longitudinal pre-pressure increase.Under the same longitudinal pre-pressure,when the corner connectors are arranged at an angle of 45°with the horizontal line,the shear displacement among the model segment rings maybe larger.The longitudinal rigidity of shield tunnel is affected by its residual jacking force,the stage of tunnel deflection and deformation,the number and form of circumferential bracing bolt and the end structure of segment ring joint.The longitudinal deflection deformation of the tunnel is mainly caused by the opening of the circumferential joint and the shear slip among the segment rings,and the shear slip among segment rings shows randomness.
