铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下人口较少民族实现共同富裕的模式与经验研究

摘　　要：战胜贫困,团结带领全国各族人民实现小康、走向共同富裕,是中国共产党人的初心和使命,也是社会主义的本质要求。由于自然票赋、地理区位、发展基础等原因,人口较少民族整族贫困曾是脱贫攻坚的难中之难、困中之困。党和国家持之以恒扶持人口较少民族发展,2020年28个民族全部实现整族脱贫,为实现共同富裕奠定了坚实基础。各民族脱贫之路和迈向共同富裕的基础和路径各有不同,本文选取独龙族、基诺族、赫哲族、毛南族等4个人口较少民族整族脱贫的典型模式,从政治、经济、社会和文化维度来归纳和提炼人口较少民族在整族脱贫、同步小康和共同富裕过程中铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践经验。Overcoming poverty and leading the people of all ethnic groups in the country to achieve a well-off and common prosperity is the original mission of the Chinese Communists and the essential requirement of the socialist system.Due to natural endowment,geographical location,development foundation and other reasons,the difficulty and depth of poverty among the whole eth-nic groups with a relatively small population are more prominent.It was once the most difficult and difficult thing in poverty alleviation.The Party and the state have consistently supported the develop-ment of ethnic groups with small populations,and all 28 ethnic groups were lifted out of poverty by 2020,laying a solid foundation for common prosperity.The road of poverty alleviation and the basis and path of common prosperity for all ethnic groups are different.This paper selects the typi-cal mode of poverty alleviation for the whole ethnic group of Dulong,Jino,Hezhen and Maonan Eth-nic Groups with a small population,and summarizes and refines the practical experience of the eth-groups with a small population in forging the sense of the Chinese nation community in the pro-nicg cess of poverty alleviation,synchronous well-off and common prosperity from the political,economic,social and cultural dimensions.
