摘  要:目的:分析SPOC混合式教学与传统大规模教学、课程化与非课程化信息素养教育对各年级医学生学术信息素养水平及自我认知情况的影响,比较SPOC混合式教学及其他不同教学模式的教学效果。方法:以“医学科技查新全实践”课程为例,采用问卷调查法进行调查,采用统计学方法进行数据分析。结果:课程化学术信息素养教育能全面提升医学生的信息素养水平,SPOC混合式教学比其他教学模式更显著提升学生的学术信息知识和能力;课程化的学术信息素养教育有助于对学生“致远”赋能,并且SPOC混合式教学对学生信息能力的长效提升更显著;教育方式对学生的良好自我认知有影响。结论:建议多种教学方式相结合建设“医信融合”课程体系,不断丰富“SPOC+N”教学模式内涵,在教学目标、内容、手段、评价等方面强调时间变量,加强外部保障。Objective To analyze the effects of Small Private Online Course(SPOC)hybrid teaching and traditional large-scale teaching,curricular and non-curricular information literacy education on the academic information literacy level and self-cognition of medical students of different grades,and explore the teaching effects of SPOC hybrid teaching and other teaching modes.Methods Taking the course"Medical Science and Technology Novelty Retrieval Practice"as an example,the questionnaire survey was conducted,and the variance analysis and Chi-square test were used for data analysis.Results Curriculum-based academic information literacy education can comprehensively improve the information literacy level of medical students,and SPOC hybrid teaching can significantly improve students'academic information knowledge and ability than other teaching modes.Systematic academic information literacy education helps to"empower"students,and SPOC hybrid teaching course improves students'information ability more significantly.Educational style has an impact on self-cognition of academic information literacy.Conclusion It is recommended to combine a variety of teaching methods to build a curriculum system with the integration of medicine and informatics,continuously enrich the connotation of the"SPOC+N"teaching mode,emphasize time variables in teaching objectives,content,means,evaluation,etc.,and strengthen external guarantees.
