摘　　要：目的:了解本地区普通人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染情况及变化趋势,探讨性别、年龄、季节等因素与Hp感染之间的关系,为本地区人群Hp感染的防控及干预提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月3日—2020年6月30日在安徽省宿州市立医院体检中心进行健康体检、自愿进行碳呼气试验测定Hp感染情况的共33634位体检者的一般资料,分别按照性别、年龄、季节、检测年份等进行分组,分析不同组研究对象的Hp感染率及感染趋势的变化,并探讨Hp感染与年龄、性别、季节等一般因素的关系。结果:本次调查的宿州市健康体检人群33634人中,Hp感染率为38.82%(13058/33634人),其中98.73%(12892人)的感染者为低浓度数值感染。第一季度Hp感染率为45.20%,明显高于其他3个季度感染率(38.72%、37.59%、37.26%),Hp感染率总体呈逐年下降趋势(2017—2020年分别为42.63%、40.52%、36.31%、34.10%)。中年人,尤其是40~49岁年龄段感染率最高(40.44%,3 599/8 900人)。不同性别间Hp感染率(男性57.73%,女性42.27%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本地区普通人群中Hp感染率低于全国均值,且多数为低浓度数值感染,总体呈逐年下降趋势;Hp感染与性别关系不明显,与年龄、季节有一定关系。Objective: To understand the infection situation and variation trend of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) in local population, and to explore the relationship between gender, age, season and Hp infection, so as to provide the basis for prevention, control and intervention of Hp infection in local population. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the general data of 33,634 subjects who underwent physical examination and voluntary carbon breath test to determine Hp infection in the physical examination center of Anhui Province Suzhou Municipal Hospital form Jan. 3rd, 2017 to Jun. 30th, 2020, and were grouped according to gender, age, season and the test year. According to the test results, the variation of Hp infection rate and infection trend in different groups was analyzed, and the relationship between Hp infection and general factors such as age, sex and season was discussed. Results: In the survey of 33,634healthy people in Suzhou, the infection rate of Hp was 38.82%(13,058/33,634 cases), and 98.73%(12,892 cases) of the infected people were infected with low-concentration value. The Hp infection rate in the first quarter was 45.20%, which was significantly higher than in the other three quarters(38.72%, 37.59% and 37.26%), and the Hp infection rate showed a downward trend year by year(42.63% in 2017, 40.52% in 2018, 36.31% in 2019, 34.10% in 2020). Middle-aged,especially those aged 40 to 49, have the highest infection rate(40.44%, 3,599/8,900 cases). There was no significant difference in Hp infection rate between male and female(male:57.73%, female:42.27%;P>0.05). Conclusions: The Hp infection rate among the general population in this region is lower than the national average, most of them are low concentration infection, and the overall trend is decreasing year by year. Hp infection has no obvious relationship with gender, and there is a certain relationship with age and season.
