摘　　要：肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是世界上常见的恶性肿瘤之一,因起病隐匿,既往的筛检手段有限,其早期诊断非常困难。细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles,EVs)是由细胞释放到体液中的膜源性小泡。有研究证实在肝癌发生早期即有肿瘤来源囊泡装配释放入血,且能被捕捉到,这为肝癌的早期诊断提供了思路。该文分析总结了关于肝癌患者外周循环囊泡中microRNA分子群来源、分离方法和临床诊断意义等的相关文献,以期为外周循环囊泡中microRNA分子群在肝癌临床早期诊断中的应用提供参考。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.Early diagnosis of HCC is very difficult because of the occult onset and limited screening methods.Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are membrane-derived vesicles released by cells into body fluids.Some studies have confirmed that tumor derived vesicles are assembled and released into the blood circulation at the early stage of HCC,and can be tested,which provides ideas for the early diagnosis of HCC.In this paper,the source,isolation methods and clinical diagnostic significance of microRNAs in extracellular vesicles of patients with HCC were analyzed and summarized,so as to provide reference for early clinical diagnosis of HCC.
