摘  要:目的探索内科学课程思政融合的实践及效果。方法通过对课程思政与思政课程异同分析,明确临床医学课程思政教育对教师和学生的目标要求,分析课程思政建设现状及课程思政建设的紧迫性和必要性,并对内科学课程思政融合具体内容与策略进行描述。同时以调查问卷的形式从教师和学生两个维度调查分析内科学思政融合效果,以期获得改进方向。结果内科学课程思政融合策略及相关工具呈现,同时共计收回有效问卷194份,其中教师反馈94份,学生反馈100份。调查结果显示教师对思政理解和认同度较高,平均得分为(3.47±0.31)分;学生对课程思政融合的效果平均得分为(3.66±0.15)分,其中对促进学生智力发育、创新意识、批判思维及方法论等方面效果较好,但仍有进一步提升空间。结论内科学课程思政融入的方法可行,效果分析结果满意,但在与专业知识融合层面仍存在提升空间,最终达到育人目标总体实现的目的。Objective To explore the practice and effect analysis of the ideological and political integration of the In⁃ternal Medicine course.Methods By analyzing the similarities and differences between ideological and political courses and ideological and political courses,the objectives and requirements of ideological and political education in clinical medicine courses for teachers and students were clarified,the current situation of course ideological and political construction and the urgency and necessity of course ideological and political construction were analyzed.The specific content and strategies of the ideological and political integration of the curriculum are described.At the same time,the ideological and political integration effect of internal medicine was investigated and analyzed from both sides of teachers and students in the form of questionnaires,in order to obtain improvement directions.Results The ideological and political integration strategies and related tools of the Internal Medicine course were presented.And a total of 194 valid questionnaires were collected,including 94 from teachers and 100 from students.The survey results show that teachers have a high degree of understanding and recognition of ideological and political issues,with an average score of(3.47±0.31)point.The average score of students in the analysis of the effect of ideological and political integration of the curriculum is(3.66±0.15)point,which shows that it has a good effect on promoting students'intellectual development,innovative consciousness,critical thinking and methodology,also there is still room for further improvement.Conclusion The method of ideological and political integration in the course of Internal Medicine is feasible,and the results of the effect analysis are satisfactory,but there is still room for improvement at the level of integration with professional knowledge,and ultimately achieve the overall goal of educating people.
