摘 要:国家“双一流”大学建设背景下,普通高等院校双语教学面临着更多的机遇和挑战。本文结合在省属普通高等院校双语教学实践,以3S技术在灾害管理中的应用双语课程建设为例,从教师队伍建设、教学内容设计与开设时间、教材编写、教学方法及考核方式4个方面,分析在国家“双一流”高校建设背景下,如何开展省属普通高等院校双语教学。主要结论如下:在现有教师队伍下,稳步提升教师专业素质;开设双语课的内容既要符合专业培养目标,又要面向地方需求,适合学生水平,并在适宜的学期开设;集百家之所长,编写满足教学需求、内容持续更新的双语教材;考评必须公开化、透明化,虽仍以教师参与为主,但应增加学生参评机会。Under the background of national“double first-class”university construction,bilingual teaching in provincial colleges and universities are facing more opportunities and challenges.Combined with the bilingual teaching experience in provincial colleges and universities,taking the bilingual course“3S technology application in disaster management”as an example,this paper analyzes how to carry out the bilingual teaching in provincial colleges and universities,from the construction of teachers,teaching content design and opening time,textbook compilation,teaching and assessment methods.The main conclusions are:the quality of current teachers should be steadily improved and the universities and colleges should continuously import fresh blood;the content of bilingual courses in provincial colleges and universities should meet the local needs,for instance,it should be suitable for the students'level,and be opened in the appropriate semester;the bilingual teaching materials should be in consistent with the teaching content,and keep updated with the international forefront of professional development;the assessment system must be open and transparent,with more opportunities for students'participation.
