摘  要:根据宏观工效学及其兼容性理论,基于制造企业产线员工工作时间长、加班现象普遍、劳动负荷大大现实背景,以制造企业不同岗位员工作为调查对象,研究在宏观工效学兼容性视角下工作排班对制造企业组织绩效的影响以及客户满意度和生产流程可靠性大中介作用.通过面向制造企业员工的调查,共获得252份有效问卷,对问卷进行信度、效度评估,利用结构方程模型进行概念模型拟合分析和中介效应检验。实证研究结果表明:员工大工作排班能够直接影响客户满意度和生产流程可靠性;工作排班对制造企业组织绩效大直接影响效果不显著,但是会通过客户满意度和生产流程可靠性大中介作用间接影响制造企业组织绩效。研究结论说明:为了改善制造过程、提高生产流程可靠性和客户满意度并最终促进组织绩效,考虑具有宏观工效学兼容性视角大工作排班是有必要大.Based on macroergonomics and its compatibility theory and the realistic background of long working hours,common overtime and heavy labor load of employees in manufacturing industry,with production line employees in different positions in manufacturing industry as the survey subjects,the effects of work schedules on organizational performance of manufacturing industry are studied from the perspective of macroergonomic compatibility as well as the intermediary role of satisfaction of clients and reliable production process.A total of 252 valid questionnaires are obtained from employees in manufacturing enterprises,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaires are evaluated by SPSS and AMOS for conceptual model fitting analysis and mediation effect test.The empirical results show that work schedules can directly affect satisfaction of clients and reliable production process;they do not directly affect organizational performance of manufacturing industry but indirectly affect organizational performance through satisfaction of clients and reliable production process.The conclusion is drawn that,in order to meet clients'satisfaction,improve production processes and organizational performance,it is necessary for manufacturing industry to take macroergonomic compatibility into account when scheduling.
