摘 要:探讨工作程序对知识员工创新行为的影响。通过519份调查问卷的实证分析发现:组织规定程序是知识员工创新行为的基础和前提,它对知识员工创新行为具有积极的影响作用,这支持了知识治理理论;个人自主程序也能积极影响知识员工创新行为,这与先前研究一致;由非结构化决策问题向结构化决策问题转化时,降低个人自主程序而提高组织规定程序有利于提高知识员工创新行为水平。这对知识员工创新行为管理具有实践指导意义。Based on the empirical analysis of 519 questionnaires,the influence of work procedure on knowledge workers'innovative behavior is explored.It is found that:organization stipulated procedure is the basis and premise of knowledge workers'innovative behavior,and it has a positive impact on the latter,which supports the knowledge governance theory;personal autonomous procedure also positively affects knowledge workers'innovative behavior,which is consistent with previous studies;when the unstructured decision problem is transformed to the structured decision problem,the reduction of personal autonomous procedure and t he improvemen t of organization stipulated procedure are beneficial to the improvement of knowledge workers'innovative behavior.The findings have practical significance of guidance for the management of knowledge workers'innovative behavior.
