摘　　要：研究内镜结扎(EVL)肝硬化患者急性食管静脉曲张破裂出血(EVB)的远期疗效。研究发现内镜下结扎术在治疗EVB中的近期疗效显著,但其效果与肝功能分级密切相关,建议非急性出血的Child C级患者做好保肝对症治疗,待其肝功能恢复至A级或B级再行手术治疗。The purpose of this study was to analyze the long-term outcome of endoscopic variceal ligation(EVL)as a treatment of acute esophageal variceal bleeding(EVB)in patients with liver cirrhosis.In this study,EVL led to significant short-term therapeutic efficacy for EVB,but the long-term outcome was closely related to the grading of liver function.In summary,for non-acute EVB in patients with Child Class C liver function,symptomatic treatment and liver protection measures are recommended,pending further EVL procedures when the liver function resumes Child Class A or B.
