摘  要:本文以福柯知识考古学的研究路径,重访“打工人”概念,追溯“工薪阶层”或“从事受薪工作”的口语表达由“打工仔”发展至网络流行语“打工人”的话语实践过程,分析话语变迁背后的媒介赋权、社会变迁。网络流行语“打工人”在形成过程中,原有的由精英主导的话语“打工仔”中的典型的中心化、单向层级化的特点被抽离,呈现出互联网空间所特有的去中心化、去阶层化的情感共同体关系。媒介技术的进步使普通人的表达不再被遮蔽,他们在网络空间中的生产知识,背后触及到媒介对人的生存状态的影响、网络空间个体记忆与集体记忆的连结、知识生产的赓续与中国社会变迁的同向同构。Using the research approach of Foucault’s Archaeology of Knowledge,this article revisits the concept of"Da Gong Ren".It traces the practice process of the discourse of working-class or people who are in paid work.The discourse has been evolved from"da gong zai"in oral expression to"da gong ren"as an Internet buzzword in China.This article analyses the media empowerment,social changes,encountered political and economic power isomorphism behind the evolution of the discourse.Moreover,it tries to complete the investigation of"da gong ren"by a folk means.During the forming process of"da gong ren",the elite-dominated typical characteristics of centralization and one-way hierarchy have been removed,it presents decentralized and de-hierarchical relationship of emotional community.The advancement of media technologies enables people’s expressions to be heard widely.People do not merely produce knowledge but also perform their individualities in the cyberspace.Behind the phenomenon,it involves the influence of media in people’s life,the connection between online individual and collective memory,sustainability of knowledge production,and the same direction and isomorphism of Chinese social evolution.
