摘 要:文章从实施举措、执行部门、内容、成效等方面梳理了深圳绿色供应链发展的现状,分析了深圳绿色供应链创新发展中面临的挑战,如:有成效但任重道远、有政策支撑但需因地制宜创新发展、企业创新示范效应需提升等,面对这些挑战从巩固成果,持续推进、因地制宜全方位创新、增强企业绿色供应链创新示范效应三个方面提出了相应的发展策略,以推进深圳绿色供应链的可持续发展。This paper introduces the current situation of the development of Shenzhen green supply chain from the aspects of measures, management departments, contents, effects. And analyzes the challenges faced by Shenzhen in the innovation and development of green supply chain, such as: Effective but long way to go, policy support but need to adapt to local conditions, enterprise innovation demonstration effect needs to be improved, etc. In the face of these challenges, the paper puts forward corresponding strategies from three aspects: Consolidating achievements for continuous promotion, innovation according to local conditions, and enhancing the demonstration effect of enterprise, so as to promote the sustainable development of Shenzhen green supply chain.
