摘 要:针对煤炭企业在生产过程中环境复杂,设备众多能耗大且操控复杂的问题,提出了一种基于物联网的生产设备协同控制方法,根据煤矿企业生产实际情况,建立了智慧矿山感知系统,并依托此系统对煤矿企业生产设备协同作业进行控制、优化,实现了实时监测设备运行数据,生产过程的实时监控,即时掌控生产设备运行状态,合理调整相关设备的协同运行,提高了生产过程的智能化,较好地解决了人员与设备、设备与设备之间的协同问题,与优化前吨煤电能消耗相比,有效降低了电能消耗、提高了企业的生产效率。In view of the complex environment, large energy consumption and complex operation of coal enterprises in the production process, a collaborative control method of production equipment based on the Internet of Things is proposed. According to the actual production situation of coal mining enterprises,an intelligent mine perception system is established, and based on this system, the collaborative operation of production equipment in coal mining enterprises is controlled and optimized. Real-time monitoring of equipment operation data, real-time monitoring of production process, instant control of the operation status of production equipment, rational adjustment of the collaborative operation of related equipment, improved the intelligence of production process, better solved the collaborative problem between personnel and equipment, equipment and equipment, and effectively reduced the energy consumption compared with the energy consumption of tons of coal before optimization. Improve the production efficiency of enterprises.
