摘 要:等温正火工艺中快冷段的喷管形式决定了棒料冷却的均匀性,直接影响产品质量。文章利用fluent软件对两种结构喷管的流场和压力场进行了数值模拟,然后通过拖偶测试的方法测量棒料表面与芯部的温度,对喷管冷却性能进行研究。数值模拟和拖偶测试均表明在等温正火条件下,结构形式一的喷管气体流速和压力更为均匀,快冷过程中冷却的更均匀。In the isothermal normalizing process, the nozzle form of the fast cooling section determines whether the bar material is cooled evenly and affects the product quality.In the paper, the flow field and pressure field are simulated by fluent software. Then, the surface and core temperatures of the bars under two nozzle configurations were measured by means of a drag couple test to investigate the cooling performance of the nozzles.Both the numerical simulation and the drag couple test show that under the isothermal normalizing condition, the flow rate and pressure of the nozzle with structure I are more uniform, and the cooling is more uniform during the rapid cooling process.
