论“武松杀嫂案”中的复仇书写

摘　　要：从文学与法律跨学科视角来看,“武松杀嫂案”通过文学的形式揭示出了一系列重要的传统法律议题。它在《水浒传》与《金瓶梅》中存在两种不同的复仇书写方式。《水浒传》基于忠义主题,小说中的“武松杀嫂”是符合礼治的复仇行为,凸显出“血亲复仇”的正义性。《金瓶梅》依托的是人欲视角,改编版的“武松杀嫂”被描述成不正当的报复行为。不过,两部小说都尝试从文学伦理的立场呈现人性与法律之间的内在关系。从文学伦理的角度来看,复仇故事往往聚焦于涉案主体的视角,对于契合人性却逾越法律的复仇行为抱有一种“理解的同情”。因此,文学中复仇书写的重心不在于揭露“犯罪事实”,而是试图揭示隐藏在“罪与罚”背后的复杂人性。From the interdisciplinary perspective of literature and law,"Wu Song’s killing of his sister-in-law"reveals a series of important traditional legal issues in literature.The ways of narrating revenge in Outlaws of the Marsh and Plum in the Golden Vase are totally different.In Outlaws of the Marsh,which is based on the theme of loyalty and righteousness,"Wu Song’s killing of his sister-in-law"is an act of revenge in line with the rule of etiquette,highlighting the justice of"blood revenge".In Plum in the Golden Vase,which relies on the human desire perspective,the adapted version of"Wu Song’s killing of his sister-in-law"is described as an improper retaliation.However,both novels try to reveal the internal relationship between human nature and law from the standpoint of literary ethics.From the perspective of literary ethics,revenge stories often focus on the perspective of the subject,and demonstrate a kind of"understanding sympathy"for the revenge acts that are in keeping with human nature but violate the law.Therefore,the focus of revenge writing in literature is not to expose the"criminal facts",but to try to reveal the complex human nature hidden behind"crime and punishment".
